* Bay load capacity is the total load of all beam levels installed between one pair of upright frames. The combined load of all levels must not exceed the stated bay load capacity.
* Beam level load is the load capacity of the pair of horizontal beams that forms one storage level. The load placed on a single level must not exceed the stated beam level load.

When ordering, you choose supply only or professional installation as well. Artex provides planning, delivery of components and, by agreement, installation and guidance for safe operation.
Can pallet racking be adapted later?
Yes. Megarack® pallet racking is modular – levels can be adjusted in 50 mm steps and capacity can be increased through upgrades or extensions without replacing the entire warehouse.
How safe is it to use pallet racking?
Observe permitted load capacities and evenly distribute pallet loads. During installation, ensure structural stability – correct fixing, levelling and anchoring where required. Periodic inspections and repairs follow SIST EN 15635.
What if a rack component is damaged?
Thanks to the modular design, individual parts (frames, beams, bracing) can be replaced. Contact us for professional advice and refurbishment of the damaged rack.
What is the delivery lead time?
Lead time depends on the chosen configuration and scope. For standard solutions, delivery is usually shorter thanks to Slovenian manufacturing in Lendava. We confirm the exact date when your order is confirmed.
Where is production based and what about quality?
Production is at Artex d.o.o. in Lendava, Slovenia. Quality is assured through ISO 9001. Racking is designed in line with SIST EN 15512, EN 15620, EN 15635, EN 15629, Eurocode 3 and FEM recommendations.
How do I order pallet racking and what do you need for a quote?
